Abstract:
"The main aim of this research paper is to measure the levels of role clarity, job
satisfaction and distributive justice off the employees of banking industry in Sri Lanka.
Also, in this study the impact of the variables to job satisfaction will be analyzed and
relationship between these variables will be investigated. And employee views were
taken into consideration to determine if fairness is practiced inside the organization and
how it affects the job satisfaction of the employees.
