Abstract:
While rapid technological advancements are impacting human life in a variety of ways
as a result of rapid advancements in various fields, we also need to implement that
technology so that we can make human life easier to live.
Since LPG production in our country is insufficient, it is not possible to supply LPG
via pipes to every home. Major issue that LPG cylinder users face is that ""they don't
know exactly the status of LPG gas completion,"" which causes even more delay in
buying a new cylinder, which is also inconvenient. Thus, ordering new cylinder, usage
tracking comes into play for LPG users.
Difficulties in finding the delivery location to deliver, keep a track on LPG sales and
inability to manage orders through a system are issues face by LPG service providers.
Thus, difficulties in predicting the quantity of gas cylinders needed for a specific period
of time and these issues could result in a stock shortage and, as a result, a delay in
supply.
This project Gas-it proposes a method that will address issues face by LPG users and
LPG service providers. The solution has been designed and developed which is capable
of functionalities such as check LPG levels, order LPG cylinders, find delivery location,
track LPG sales where address to solve identified problems of both LPG users and LPG
service providers. And the developed solution was tested and evaluated by industry
professionals and end users as well. "
