Abstract:
In this current economic climate, recruitment is a fast-growing trend. Most of the companies recruit employees from different fields for the better wellbeing of their business. Recruitment is one of the most important activity that is carried out by the organization in order to their workplace. The current recruitment process in the HR department is to let the people know about the vacancy with the help of social media, newspaper ads and something through word of mouth. When the user applies the particular job, the HR department get hundreds and hundreds of CVs and its very hard for the HR department to handle all of them. OZOREC, is a web application that has the ability to sort the best set of CVs from all the CVs that are been upload, in other words, it is an ultimate solution to sort the best CVs. This proposed application has the ability to extract the professional keywords according to the company’s requirement from the applicant’s CV. Once the CV is uploaded to the system, the system has can extract the particular keywords and give a certain amount of points where those points can be customized by the company. OZOREC gives the ability to the companies to upload their vacancies in the website where the company has to mention the keywords for the relevant job title. Whenever the company wants to check the job seekers who have applied, the company can view and select or reject the applicant according to the points allocated. Once the company confirms whether the user is selected, a mail will be sent to email. OZOREC has the ability to generate reports for the companies since it will make the company HR staff ’s work much easier.
