Once the CV is uploaded to the system, the system has can extract the particular keywords and give a certain amount of points where those points can be customized by the company. OZOREC gives the ability to the companies to upload their vacancies in the website where the company has to mention the keywords for the relevant job title. Whenever the company wants to check the job seekers who have applied, the company can view and select or reject the applicant according to the points allocated.
