dc.description.abstract In the contemporary landscape of the modern workplace, organizations are increasingly recognizing the importance of fostering employee well-being as a critical component of organizational success. This study investigates the impact of three key factors – flexible work arrangements, work-life balance programs, and supervisor support – on employee well-being, in the FMCG industry of Sri Lanka. Several philosophical perspectives of the independent, mediator, and dependent variables were examined with the use of various theories and frameworks such as Theory of Reasoned Action, Theory of Planned Behaviour, Social Support Theory and a few others. The following research aims to explore how these elements intersect and influence the overall well-being of employees in diverse organizational settings. This study combines a deductive approach with positivism philosophy. The primary data was acquired using a survey form, and the quantitative analysis was done by using SPSS software (version 29). The purposive method of sampling was used and a response rate of 63% was observed from a total of 286 valid responses. Secondary data was gathered from online journals and publications to examine the study's hypothesis. en_US
