| dc.description.abstract | "In the rapidly developing field of data and advanced analytics, this study aims to investigate the complex interactions between team engagement, employee motivation, work environment, leadership style, and communication effectiveness, specifically in the Western Province's IT industry. The conceptual framework is formed by theoretical foundations like the Job Characteristics Model and Social Exchange and Transformational Leadership theories. Data are collected using a methodical approach by use of standardized questionnaires distributed to participants in the Western Province. Regression analysis, mediation tests, correlation analyses, and normalcy checks are all included in quantitative analysis with SPSS. In particular, the mediating function of employee motivation in the associations between independent and dependent variables is examined in this study. The research gap that has been found highlights the need for a more thorough understanding of how various management factors together influence teamwork, particularly in the context of the IT industry. Additionally, using the basic random sampling technique guarantees the collection of representative data as well as reliable statistical analysis. Through filling in these gaps, this research seeks to provide sector-specific insights that may improve management tactics and boost team productivity in the data and advanced analytics domain in the IT sector of the Western Province." | en_US |
