dc.description.abstract "High employee turnover disrupts productivity and weakens organizational stability. This research investigates how a positive Employee Onboarding Experience fosters employees' Perceived Organizational Support, ultimately influencing their Employee Retention. Using semi-structured interviews, we gathered rich qualitative data from a purposive sample of 11 employees across diverse industries. Thematic analysis will be employed to identify recurring themes and patterns within the interviews, revealing how key onboarding elements contribute to a positive Employee Onboarding Experience. These elements might include individual attention from supervisors, comprehensive and engaging training programs, and a clear alignment with the company culture. Ultimately, the analysis will explore how these aspects influence employees' perceptions of organizational support and their intention to remain with the company. By identifying both strengths and weaknesses in current onboarding practices, this research aims to provide valuable insights for organizations. These insights can be used to develop more effective onboarding programs that enhance Perceived Organizational Support (POS), cultivate Employee Retention (ER), and ultimately reduce turnover. This, in turn, can lead to a more stable and productive workforce, fostering a positive cycle of Employee Engagement (EE) and organizational success. " en_US
