dc.description.abstract "In Sri Lanka's garment sector, namely in the Western Province, this study examines the relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM), Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance. Even with the industry's expansion, there are still difficulties in maintaining employee happiness and product quality. This study attempts to investigate how TQM techniques impact job happiness and employee engagement, which in turn influences operational- level performance, through surveys given to workers in the garment industry. Important discoveries show that TQM, job happiness, employee engagement, and employee performance are all strongly positively correlated. Regression research demonstrates how important TQM and job happiness are for raising worker performance. The study does admit several limitations, though, including the difficulty of quantifying subjective variables and generalizability. This study adds to the body of knowledge by illuminating the relationship between TQM and Employee satisfaction as well as Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement in the garment industry. Its findings have significance for strategic management and organizational development. " en_US
