dc.description.abstract |
Current research is conducted on the topic of Influence of supervisor behavior and social support on employee wellbeing in apparel sector. The main scope of the study is determined supervisor behavior and social support for apparel sector operational level employees in Sri Lanka. According to that researcher specified four research objectives. With specification for the research topic current research used questionnaire method for data collection. Out of 300 samples 207 are participated for the questionnaire. In findings it has founded that there is There is a relationship between Supervisor behavior and Employee wellbeing, there is relationship between social support and Employee wellbeing, there is a relationship between supervisor behavior and social support and Social Support mediates the relationship between supervisor behavior and employee wellbeing. Based on research findings researcher recommend supervisor behavior and the social support is very much important and these two elements need to be practice for employee wellbeing. |
