Abstract:
Considering the situation of the world, law enforcement has adequate importance all around the world due to the high crime rate. Each country in the world follows their unique way of record keeping. Some countries rely on traditional handwritten notebooks and some countries use technology for record-keeping. Storing information in traditional handwritten notebooks or storing information in databases have disadvantages. As the primary goal of this research a system is developed to overcome the disadvantages of both traditional handwritten notebooks and databases.
