Abstract:
NextHire is a web-based recruitment system developed to simplify and automate the job application and hiring process for both job seekers and employers. The system reduces the difficulties of traditional recruitment, such as manual CV screening, inconsistent candidate evaluation, and time-consuming hiring decisions.
The platform allows job seekers to create and manage multiple CVs through a standardized CV generation feature. Users can enter their personal details, skills, qualifications, and experience, and the system automatically generates professional CVs suitable for different job roles. Job seekers can browse available job vacancies, view job requirements, and apply directly through the platform using their generated CVs.
Employers can register on the system to post job vacancies by specifying required skills, qualifications, and experience levels. Once applications are submitted, NextHire automatically analyzes each CV and compares it with the job requirements. The system uses a machine learning–based matching mechanism to calculate a matching score for every applicant, indicating how well a candidate fits a specific job role. This score helps employers quickly identify the most suitable candidates.
Employers can view applicant details, download CVs, and accept or reject candidates through the system. By providing an automated matching and shortlisting process, NextHire minimizes human bias and improves recruitment efficiency. The system also saves time for both parties by eliminating repetitive manual tasks.
