Abstract:
Building customer loyalty has become indispensable to sustaining business growth in today’s competitive retail environment. This project is dedicated to the development of Loyalty360, an integrated Loyalty Management Platform that has been specifically tailored for a consumer electronics and lifestyle retailer in Sri Lanka. A scalable, modular, and user-friendly loyalty platform is provided by the system to address critical challenges, including the high costs of market solutions, delayed go-to-market due to longer development cycles, and lack of personalized engagement, and lack of visibility. Loyalty360 is a scalable API driven platform which consists of a backend that is built using Node.js, Express.js, a React.js-based admin interface, and a lightweight customer web application. These components are connected through secure APIs and are backed by a MySQL database. In addition to offering customers an intuitive method of registering and monitoring their loyalty status, the platform facilitates real-time point management and tracking, tier management, rewards management, customer segmentation and customer 36) view. A future-ready, cost-effective, and robust solution that is specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of the Sri Lankan retail market is successfully delivered by the project.
