Abstract:
"This thesis presents TrajectScope, a novel tool enhancing early-stage resource allocation, designed
to bridge gaps in project management by integrating key parameters skillset, timelines, workload
cost, client and project details with a quality score based on feedback. The study develops a
customized algorithm for optimal resource allocation at an early stage and a feedback-based
quality score mechanism.
TrjectScope’s implementation marks a significant leap forward in offering a unified view of
project data at early stages and integrating client and stakeholder feedback into a measurable
quality score. This approach enhances decision making and project performance evaluation.
The tool advances project management by providing a predictive model for resource allocation,
emphasizing emotional intelligence through feedback analysis. Future developments aim to extend
TrajectScope’s capabilities to accommodate dynamic project schedules and broader system
integration, permission enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in project management."
