Abstract:
This study offers an innovative approach to the Classification of varicose veins using the capabilities of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and advanced Image Processing techniques. The primary focus is on the development of a non-invasive diagnostic system that utilizes images from where the disease occurs to identify and differentiate between Varicose and Spider veins in the lower extremities, including legs, feet, and ankles. Through sophisticated image segmentation and analysis, the system assesses the presence and severity of these venous conditions. The core methodology employs state-of-the-art CNN algorithms, which are instrumental in processing and interpreting complex image data, ensuring accurate detection and evaluation. This research contributes significantly to the field by offering a convenient, accessible, and efficient tool for early detection and management of venous disorders, thereby facilitating timely medical intervention, and promoting venous health.
