Abstract:
"RevolveHR is a project designed for transformation of Human Resources (HR)
operations into an advanced tasks management with automated workflows. The
project provides solutions for the critical requirement of improve efficiency and
effectiveness in HR Processes along with the increase of workforce within the
company. RevolveHR is designed with automatic task allocations based on the
assigned workload, to streamline HR Processes and improve the task accuracy to
ensure employee’s work efficiency.
Another objective of RevolveHR is to reduce the manual involvement of HR activities,
and allowing HR teams to involve more in organization strategic initiatives such as
improving talents, employee engagement etc. With the use of algorithm, RevolveHR
offers task routing to balance the workload assigned to the HR teams to avoid delays
in when processing. This approach improves the organization’s compliance
requirements to implement standardized process automations and audit trails.
The project was conducted adopting comprehensive evaluation methodologies to
check ensure its quality delivery without any time impact. Using simple navigations
and simple UI structures indicates a significant improvement in HR process efficiency,
which is which was critical fact anticipating from customer end.
RevolveHR is a significant milestone in HR automation at ABC Company which
enhance its HR management. It contributes to the organization to achieve it goal to
step up on the path to process automation while engage their employees with
productive activities. This will set new standard to organization to aim and adopt to
new global trends and global workforce."
