Abstract:
E-Learning is one of the popular educations delivering methods arrived with the advancement of internet technologies. With everything moving to virtual eLearning got a huge boost of public popularity in the industry. This method was so convenient, that most of the education entities integrated this technology as a part of their criteria’s. Because of easy accessibility, time and flexibility, education delivery become more efficient. But there were few drawbacks as well. Interaction between teacher and learner became less and this led to not getting proper feedback exchanging between each party. To close that gap, at least for an extent, in self learning platforms learners go through eLearning content and at the end they will be asked to provide feedback on their eLearning experience. This feedback is valuable for eLearning developers to create more interactive, informative and user-friendly content. But most of the users skip giving their feedback, this leads to not getting proper feedback on the eLearning content and not being able to provide quality eLearning content in the future. And in this document the author will discuss on how to address this issue.
