Project Vagary Negotiation Mechanism for Rapid Deployment of Custom Protocols

Abstract

Protocols are the contracts binding the modern-day internet. All data transferred on wire undergoes some contract. Protocols are responsible in a wide range of tasks during this transfer data encoding and encryption are some of them. Rapidly changing the implementation of protocols is not possible due to highly process oriented standardization process The propose of this project is to propose a negotiation mechanism which will undergo the standardization process once but will enable rapid deployment of protocol in a more flexible approach. Enabling application developers to optimize communication as they prefer, matching their application.
