With the competitive lifestyle every one of us trying to perform much better
compared to one another. Same as that in the business sector also organizations (can
be either private sector or government sector) also having their competition to make
good profit, make business expansion and achieve leadership in the market, etc.
To make good competency, organization needs to control employees’
actions/movements to ensure profitability, productivity and performance standards.
Therefore organizations have been practiced to use various methods to certainly
identify/monitor work engagement of the employees, to make sure that the employee's
committed, motivated enough to achieve organizational goals while making progress
on individual well-being. The research focused on providing a CCTV based solution inorder to overcome issues facing relevant to employee detecting.
I would like to introduce a system which got the ability to monitor employees on the
working premises by giving headcount and time spent in the working place with
statistics on all angles using machine learning approach. |
