dc.description.abstract |
Restaurant industry has been a rapidly growing industry in the past decade, with the increase in competition businesses require new ways to attract the customers and retain their existing customers. Well established restaurants began to invest in order ahead platforms putting small and medium scale businesses at a disadvantage as the cost of owning their own order ahead platform is high. The readily availability of a platform that can allow businesses to register and create their own application would help the medium and small-scale restaurants to a greater extent. There are few approaches that allows business to create their own website or an application to display the menu, the main concern of the above application are that they are not a full fetched order ahead system but there is no platform that readily allows business to create a full fetched order ahead application in browsers, and mobile devices. As most people use mobile phones these days the proposed system allows businesses to create their own webstore, mobile store, and get added to an application where all businesses reside (aggregate store) with the use of enterprise blockchain as the system requires transparency to a certain extent. |
