dc.description.abstract This study was aimed to investigate of types of chat application and Technologies that is using to build this kind of frameworks. A survey was created to contain basic questions for the people using various facilities in IT industry. A total of 180 students from Informatics Institute of Technology and other parties that in IT field has been survived. It was determined that most of them were used this kind of application and willing to get experience in local languages in this kind of applications. The results suggested the need for further research to investigate the other contributing factors in developing Q&A systems. This discussion main exists in current technologies used in this domain and the techniques used to build them and also define the algorithms used for existing frameworks and the prepossessed framework. The purpose of this study is to present a Q&A system based on fuzzy logic. The behavior of the selected algorithm and practical usage of techniques of exist and proposed system reviewed through this paper. en_US
