Abstract In today world people are tend to use techniques which are most suitable for them. The concept “One fits for all” is no longer applies. And Personalization became a most important thing among users when it’s come to use of new technologies. If we consider e- learning, it is the most convenient learning method these days for people who urge to learn but have only a limited time. Not only the busy people, elearning suits for people who wants to study by themselves and people who seeks for additional knowledge as well. In most cases, e-learning refer program or degree deliver completely online. So, for e-learning, personalization become a main part. This personalized e-learning system is becoming most relevant learning method in today academic world. Even though there are plenty of e-learning systems are out there, there are limited systems can be personalized. And those systems also can be personalized of the appearance of the system according to the user’s preferences. Such as. Theme, colors, the way page content appears... like that. But the content remains same for all users. It will lead to boredom among users because it is a rime waste that user has to refer content which he/she already knows. From the proposed solution, user won’t be able to spend time for that. This personalized e-learning system helps e-learning users to save times enhance the overall e-learning course design process
