dc.description.abstract Problem: During the recruitment process, there are many qualified candidates who are usually missed out during the recruitment process because of the rigidity of the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) which relies on keyword-based screening. Such systems do not recognize the context in which the skills and the experiences are conducted and hence the resumes written in the other wording or format are rejected unfairly. This forms a block in the way of the new graduates, likes of the career changers and people of different backgrounds, so the recruitment process becomes less inclusive and efficient. en_US
