Online Restaurant Ordering Using Sentiment Analysis

Abstract

Online restaurant ordering and reservation doing in mobile app has become one of the important commercial use of mobile phones .According to Global agriculture information network stated that dining out which previously was lesser now have a growth in metropolitan areas and major tourists destinations which are vastly popular in srilanka . With the development of technology people can do most of thing with in the reach of a finger tip. Its become a global trend that people use their smartphones not just for telecommunication purposes but for their day to day lives as well. The impact of smart phone in restaurant ordering is high . Using mobile phone customer can order their desired meal from their favorite restaurant . The problem is , there are no sufficient mobile apps to order food in Sri Lanka. The system will collect restaurant food reviews from customer and Facebook page and classify and analyses those reviews and rank the restaurant food according to their sentiment polarity in descending order. This whole concept of this project is related to Natural Language Processing and sentiment analysis . The output of this project is , system will collect food related reviews from customer and Facebook restaurant page and analyses them and rank the food according to the reviews.
