Abstract

"Ayurveda, originating from Sri Lanka and India, is a centuries-old traditional holistic healthcare system deeply rooted in the belief of the interconnectedness of vitality and matter.Central to its philosophy are the ""Three doshas"" – Vaatha, Pitta, and Kaphpha, which govern health. Ayurveda posits that illness results from the imbalance of these doshas, necessitating their restoration for healing. Unlike Western medicine that often treats symptoms, Ayurveda seeks the root cause of ailments. However, despite its rich heritage and potential, Ayurveda faces challenges such as limited technological integration and public awareness. This research aims to bridge this gap by focusing on patient Body Nature assessment, a foundation of Ayurvedic treatment. Leveraging artificial intelligence, this research automates the critical assessment process. Additionally, contemporary scientific studies are exploring Ayurveda's core principles to address modern healthcare needs. To address this challenge effectively, the fusion of technology and Ayurveda must yield diverse research initiatives, primarily in industrial applications. These endeavors often concentrate on specific aspects of Ayurveda, such as software for identifying a person's Nature. This research outlines concrete steps toward developing a comprehensive, accessible, and automated Ayurveda system, restoring this ancient healing tradition to make it more appropriate in contemporary healthcare."
