dc.description.abstract "In order to identify eye problems through the use of retinal image processing, the project entails the development of a smartphone application powered by Flutter and Dart. Users are able to gather retinal images by utilising a retinal adapter that is attached to the camera lens of their mobile phone. These images can then be analysed by employing image processing techniques such as CNNs. The app provides advice and treatments that are more tailored to eye diseases. The app contains a chatbot that uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to provide replies to questions about eye conditions. Through the provision of a userfriendly platform for the early identification and management of eye diseases, the project hopes to encourage preventative practices in the healthcare industry. With the help of this innovative approach, the application makes telemedicine and digital healthcare more advanced. Keywords: mobile application, retinal image processing, CNN, natural language processing, eye illnesses, telemedicine, and digital healthcare is a list of keywords" en_US
