This research was conducted due to the frequent injuries people sustain when doing certain
exercises. Physical fitness is one of the most important aspects in day to day life and when done
incorrectly it can lead to very severe repercussions. The aim of this project is to create an AI that
will correct wrong movements using human body pose recognition models. It also offers for the
user to get real-time feedback for a better workout. In order to give real-time feedback, the author
proposes utilizing a trained form correcting model in sync with an existing pose estimation
algorithm." |
