| dc.description.abstract | Yoga is a traditional Indian activity that combines physical and mental practices with the goal of mind-body connection. Yoga is well known for its beneficial effects, which include enhancing mental and physical well-being and encouraging natural healing. Proper execution of yoga poses is essential; if improper postures are sustained over time, they can have negative consequences such as severe injuries and long-term joint discomfort. There are disadvantages to the traditional wearable sensor-based posture assurance systems, such as high prices and discomfort during physical activity. Our proposal aims to close this gap by utilizing sophisticated pose prediction technologies to create a revolutionary yoga assistant application that facilitates proper yoga postures. | en_US |
