dc.description.abstract MOOC’s (Massive Open Online Courses) have taken a giant leap forward when it comes to education in general, after covid the impact and usage of MOOCs have been very prominent, and most individuals take online courses for either educational or professional reasons. Underlying these course platforms are a multibillion-dollar business model which indirectly enables highly skilled individuals or respected universities to create courses and benefit either through monetary acquisitions or gained fame. The success of a course highly depends on its reviews and modification done according to feedback; however, it becomes technically impossible to analyze reviews manually as the review count increases. The other major bottleneck in review analysis is that Binary Sentiment Analysis doesn’t provide sufficient insights into a set of reviews. To solve this gap a novel approach for Aspect Based Review Analysis has been presented through Cogni Asses in this research. en_US
