dc.description.abstract "This paper explores the complexities of contemporary hiring practices to identify and resolve the difficulties businesses encounter in finding and attracting exceptional talent. The research highlights the vital significance of effective hiring methods in a competitive market and provides insight into the changing landscape of human capital management through a thorough analysis of primary and secondary sources. The research emphasizes the urgent need for creative ways to expedite the applicant evaluation and selection procedures by drawing on case studies of well-known multinational corporations like Unilever and HCL. The frequency of biases in candidate assessment, the shortcomings of conventional evaluation techniques, and the difficulties in preserving previous examination data are some of the major concerns that are brought to light. The paper also looks at the time restrictions HR teams have when planning and conducting assessments and the limitations of interviewing techniques after exams. In response to these challenges, the report outlines a comprehensive project aimed at developing a solution to optimize the recruitment process. The project's objectives, ranging from initial research to the delivery of a final IT solution, are meticulously detailed to provide a roadmap for achieving success. Through iterative research, design, development, and testing phases, the project aims to deliver a robust solution that addresses the identified inefficiencies and enhances the effectiveness of recruitment practices.
