dc.description.abstract "In Sri Lanka, there are ever-growing cases of depression among teenagers. Teenagers struggle to handle their mentality mainly due to their education and family matters. Many teenagers also find it challenging to focus on their respective tasks. This project aims to provide teenagers with a means of reducing their stress and depression by letting them engage in physically demanding activities, such as reading a book or listening to music. The proposed solution is a mobile application designed to help teenagers schedule their day-to-day activities, such as tutoring classes, home activities, etc., and provide them with engaging activities on their mobile devices, primarily e-books, to reduce stress. Data for the research has been collected using a survey/form and interviews with a select group of students from government and international schools. Based on their preferences and requirements, the system architecture was emphasised through a high-level Design, use-case, and class diagram. Based on the diagrams, a wireframe of the proposed design was built using Figma to place relevant functions of the systems onto their respective pages. The prototype will be built using Flutter and Dart, Android Studio, and SQLite, which will be incorporated into the database. Once the prototype was built, it was tested for errors and deficiencies. The prototype was then presented to the users and industry experts for feedback. The findings and recommendations for the final prototype are listed in the project. " en_US
