dc.description.abstract In this research, sentiment analysis of customer evaluations is used to determine how well a product is performing in the market. Buyers must acquire reviews that are relevant to their needs given the enormous number of products provided by different manufacturers. The number of reviews for a brand or product is rising alarmingly, which is no less than handling enormous amounts of data. By categorizing evaluations into positive and negative categories based on customer sentiment, reviews are given a sentiment orientation, which enhances judgment. en_US
