"Mental illnesses have become a major problem in modern society with the increase of stress level of people in day-to-day life. Among those illnesses, patients with PTSD or anxiety disorders are most likely to suffer from sudden panic attacks day to -day life. What causes panic attacks is still a mystery. Nevertheless with certain actions which have been recommended by the medical sector patients can stop those attacks.
As the result of anxiety has become a common illness, the medical sector has started to give more attention to these panic attacks related illnesses than in the early days. Furthermore, applications related to these illnesses have become popular among the patients.
Since the patients with PTSD and anxiety disorders are suffering from panic attacks on a daily basis, it is not a solution for them to seek medical attention or call an expert in the field most of the time they seek to recover from the attack by themselves. Therefore a helpful application is required for this process." |
