dc.description.abstract "This research project focuses on exploring the potential use of the ERC-721 Non-Fungible Token standard for physical assets in real-world scenarios, and the essential elements to be incorporated while establishing a marketplace for physical assets. The paper deliberates on the existing problem, uncovers gaps in current research, confronts challenges, and outlines the methodological approach intended for the study. It further investigates crucial proofs of problem existence and areas of prior research that hold significance. The research significantly advances our present understanding by designing and developing a blockchain-based marketplace for physical assets, utilizing the Stellar Blockchain. This work not only bridges the research gap but also paves the way for future exploration in the field of blockchain technology and its application in the physical world." en_US
