dc.description.abstract It can be challenging to keep track of everything online for a salon customer because there are many things to remember, such as the value of business hours, how to identify a salon among a large number of salons, and the preferable approach to calling to make an appointment. The issues affect a lot of people in many ways. A website that connects customers with salons and collects all the information. A user would require it in one place. Long service delivery delays are one of the biggest issues in this sector. After deciding that a customer must stay in a salon for at least 30 minutes, Numerous services are available, including hair washing, cutting, trimming, etc. If the service improves, the next customer must wait longer. Even in the 21st century, many salons still schedule appointments and handle customers using pencil, paper, and outdated methods. Using outdated technology, the customer cannot share and update information, and there is a chance of human error. With the use of this innovation, salon management no longer needs to rely on pen-and-paper methods. The system monitors salon services and gathers data on customer satisfaction. The recommended system is the most effective way to stop all of these problems. Customer happiness is crucial to the success of salons because they operate in the service industry. A salon company must prioritize customer satisfaction. The project was developed with VS Code, and the RDBMS used was the MySQL server database. Numerous web programming languages were used during the development process. PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS2, and CSS3 are the most common server scripting languages. Draw UML diagrams using Astah UML as well. en_US
