dc.description.abstract "“Retain.ly” is a Human Resource Management (HRM) model to Predict Employee Attrition and Performance in the IT/Software Industry in Sri Lanka, which will act as a decision support system in retaining employee at risk of voluntary turnover. In this system the employee turnover rate and the current employee performance is being predicted using a Machine Learning model in order for HR personnel to decide whether or not to invest in retaining the required employees. This model could be used in order to provide the organizational management with valuable insights to take corrective measures for the retention of skilled employees within the company, thus reducing the turnover rate, increasing employee performance and maintaining the company standards.
