Ethical Wear - an Online Multi-Agent Shopping System in Apparel & Textiles for Recyclable fabrics through Sustainable Development

Abstract

Ethical Wear is an e-commerce platform dedicated to enabling the textile and apparel industry's sustainable and ethical clothing manufacturing system, with an emphasis on garment production. Following a thorough investigation and understanding of the issues affecting apparel consumers, as well as a social and environmental analysis, it was decided to develop a virtual system to address a portion of this major issue, which is reducing the use of non-recyclable clothing and motivating and influencing people to spend their hard-earned money on sustainable clothing development by purchasing recyclable clothing directly from garment manufacturers. Ethical Wear also makes it easier to donate old garments and worn clothes by collecting them through a recycling subsidiary system, which helps to reduce landfill and cloth waste concerns throughout the world.
