Abstract

"Student record management system (SRMS) is one of the most important factors in having the track of the records of the students in a school. Maintenance of the records of students is essential since the grading for the students will happen based on the results and the improvements needs to be identified based on the performance. When it comes to an overall picture of students’ carrier during the school time, it is not accurately captured as per what are the categories of the records which are maintained in the system. Student record management systems traditionally will record the academic history of the student, not the non-academic performance and the behavioural factors during the school life. Capturing the overall performance of a student during the school life is addressed and detailed out for providing a better more defined answer to the current system loopholes."
